❖ SERVICES.EXE — [ENGAGEMENT MANAGER]

>> OPEN FOR Q4 ENGAGEMENTS [2 SLOTS]

Search work that pays for itself, measurably. Every engagement starts with a measurement pass, not a slide deck.

[01] THREE WAYS TO ENGAGE

Technical Audit & Roadmap 2–3 WEEKS · FIXED FEE

Full crawl, log and render analysis · Core Web Vitals field + lab diagnosis · indexation, schema and entity review · prioritised 90-day roadmap · walkthrough with your dev team.

Fractional SEO Leadership MONTHLY · 2 SLOTS

I own search outcomes with your team: monthly strategy, dev-ready technical tickets, a GEO and AI-citation programme, content briefs and internal linking, and reporting tied to pipeline rather than vanity metrics.

SEO-First Build or Migration SCOPED PER PROJECT

When the site itself is the problem: migrating without losing equity, a zero-bloat semantic front end, schema and template architecture, plus extensions and automation around it.

[02] HOW IT RUNS

01 Measure — crawl, logs, field data, Search Console. Baseline agreed before anything is touched.

02 Diagnose — separate revenue-moving problems from things that merely look broken.

03 Build — dev-ready tickets, code where it's mine, verification that each fix shipped.

04 Compound — entity work, GEO, content structure and internal linking.

05 Report — qualified organic sessions, rankings that convert, AI citations.

[03] QUESTIONS I GET ASKED

Can you work with our existing development team?

That's the usual setup. I produce tickets your engineers can act on, review implementations and verify what shipped. If they're comfortable with me contributing code directly, that's usually faster.

How long before we see something?

Technical wins often show within weeks: indexation recoveries, crawl budget, page speed. Competitive ranking and entity gains compound over three to six months. I'll tell you which kind of result to expect at each stage.

What about AI search and GEO?

It runs alongside classic SEO, not instead of it. Entities, schema, structure and citable content are the same foundation that makes answer engines comfortable quoting you.

Do you sign NDAs and work with agencies?

Yes to both. A good share of my work is specialist support behind agency teams, including white-label technical audits.

[04] BOOK THE TEARDOWN

Send the URL and one sentence about the business. I'll spend twenty minutes on crawlability, rendering, vitals and entity clarity, then tell you the three things I would fix first. No deck, no obligation.
